This Site is owned and operated by Atmosfear, an independent brutal death metal band based in India. All designs, artworks, and merchandise listed are original creations by the band and/or Curlflux Studio and/or stated otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time.

2. Orders & Payment

All products sold on the site are processed through a secure payment gateway. Once an order is placed:

  • You will receive an order confirmation via email.
  • All prices listed are in INR (₹) unless otherwise stated.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. If we do, a full refund will be processed.

3. Print-on-Demand Production

Our merch operates on a print-on-demand model, meaning:

  • Items are created especially for you after the order is confirmed.
  • Production time can range from 15 to 30 days depending on order volume and item type.
  • Please allow 30 to 45 days total for delivery.

This helps us minimize waste, maintain quality, and stay fiercely independent.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India via trusted partners like Shiprocket, Delhivery, Vamaship, or similar logistics providers.

  • If your pincode is unserviceable, your order will be shipped via India Post.
  • Shipping costs (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
  • Tracking numbers will be provided once your order ships.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by couriers or external factors (weather, strikes, etc.)
  • Incorrect delivery addresses entered by the customer

5. Returns & Cancellations

Since all items are custom-made:

  • Returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.
  • If you receive a defective item, please email us within 5 days of delivery with clear photographs and order details.
  • Cancellations are not allowed once production has started.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, images, logos, text, and music found on this website are the property of Atmosfear and/or Curlflux Studio, unless stated otherwise. You may not:

  • Reproduce or use our designs for commercial purposes
  • Resell, modify, or distribute any content without permission
  • Use our name, artwork, or music for unauthorized promotion

Violations may result in legal action.

By using this website, you agree not to:

  • Use the site for unlawful purposes or violate any applicable laws
